À l'Aigle d'Or Fine Dining Restaurant

Chef Jean-Philippe Hellmann's Table

Creative, seasonal cuisine

Our passion for cooking begins with fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables grown in our own garden. As a result, our menu changes with the seasons!

The game served at L'Aigle d'Or comes from our own hunts or nearby forests. Depending on the catch, the chef will also offer you delicious homemade terrines.

An exceptional table

Several charming rooms, featuring wood paneling, heirloom furniture, and elegant decor, offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.
These spaces are perfect for hosting your events: weddings, birthdays, First Communions, or private receptions.

The largest room can accommodate up to 60 guests.

In the kitchen, we focus on authentic, technically masterful cuisine featuring bold yet refined flavors.
Among our must-try dishes: sole meunière carved at the table, a true signature dish renowned throughout Alsace.
A unique dining experience that is both spectacular and unforgettable.

A story of family and passion

At L'Aigle d'Or, fine dining is first and foremost a family affair.
Chef Jean-Philippe Hellmann, a Maître Cuisinier de France, is joined by his son Pierre Hellmann and his son-in-law Pietro Riva (Anna's husband). Together, they share a common passion: authentic, inventive, and vibrant cuisine.

In the dining room, Brigitte Hellmann, who has been with us for over 25 years, embodies the spirit of the house with her dedication to service and hospitality.

At her side, Marie Hellmann (Pierre’s wife), who has worked in Paris’s finest luxury hotels, carries on this tradition of elegance and attentive service.

Three generations of the Hellmann family united by a shared desire: to provide you with a sincere, gourmet, and unforgettable experience.
